Her interests included reading, gardening and traveling to the family summer cabin in Estes Park, Colorado, with her husband, children and grandchildren. After her children left the home, she enjoyed extensive travel, attending overseas opera festivals and traveling throughout Europe and North America. She never missed her children and grandchildren musical, athletic, scholastic or extracurricular events in Ardmore or around Oklahoma.
Ray worked at Shopper’s Drug Mart until his passing. Ray is survived by his loving family; his mother Mary Erdman; sisters and brothers Laurie Erdman; Greg (Donna) Erdman their children Shawna (Kevin Eckert), Tracy (Jesse) Kienlen Chad; Genevieve (Dave) Maunu their daughter Lisa (Neil) Nichols; Rob (Lori Henderson) Erdman their daughter Ashley; Mark (Kelley) Erdman their daughters Melodie, Karlie, Khloie Macie and his great nieces Kelsey, Kate and Anna. He was predeceased by his father Kenneth Erdman and great nephew Noah Nichols.
